Protecting our people, clients and community

There is plenty of uncertainty about a lot of things right now due to COVID-19 so we wanted to take the time to reach out and let you know what we are doing at The Natural Way to keep providing you with fantastic  weight loss and health care services in our clinics, stockists and online.

We are open for business, and despite seeing and reading a lot about the possible impacts COVID-19 can / may have on our business, we are seeing clients in all clinics as normal. All of our products are Australian-made and we are fully stocked. Therefore, we will be able to continue to supply your prescription needs and/or ship your favourite The Natural Way products, ex clinic, stockist, mail order  or online, but will update you if anything changes with our delivery partners.

We know some of you have been experiencing difficulties in getting the cleaning and food products you need, during what is an unprecedented time.

However, we are taking extra precautions in order to help protect our team, our clients and the greater community.

Some of the initiatives we’ve implemented are as follows:

Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, we are introducing new social distancing requirements for all visitors to our clinics and offices (where practical), including customers & vendors to protect your health & that of our The Natural Way team members. Every clinic will on a case by case basis not measure your weekly progress, but will show you how to do this at home, and continue to weigh you as usual.  We will endeavour to ensure a 1.5m distance is kept between us in our Weight Loss consulting rooms (some clinics offer other services e.g. massage, and distancing is not possible), wash our hands frequently and may refrain from meeting and greeting you with a handshake and avoid any touching.

All our premises (clinics and offices) are being cleaned more intensively, and sanitising of all surfaces and workspaces within our workplaces are done regularly during each day, so you can visit with confidence. If possible we will have available hand sanitation liquid for use by consultants, staff, and clients to help ensure that we can continue to offer in- clinic services and prevent the virus from spreading in the community.

We’ll keep you updated with any major changes if and when they occur, but in the meantime, we are here for you.
