Hi Cora

I’m afraid I’m not going to well lately. I’ve put on .5 so back to 72.4kg. Finding it hard to be good all the time, also fruit in the morning is not great this time of year (too cold and not very tasty).

I have to look at the other options more carefully to see what to change to, I want something very simple that I don’t have to count carbs or fats. I don’t have the pamphlets on me at our home in N…… where I am now, so will have to wait till I get back to our other place tomorrow.

I may even look having a break and just trying to maintain the weight for now. I have a lot catch up this week lunches, dinners and drinks so it’s going to be a challenge.

On a good note, the Natural Woman seems to be working have been taking for over a week now, I have fewer hot flushes and I’ve been sleeping well.

2nd Email received later in the day by Cora on 24th April

Hi Cora

Thanks for your quick response and advice and ongoing support, good to know about how the fat gain works, and no I haven’t had any alcohol it’s never been a problem for me I’m only a social drinker and only a couple of glasses.

I definitely don’t want to put the weight back on and still want to get to 68kg. The low GI sounds like the best one for me at the moment and good to hear about the low fat changing as that was only thing I didn’t like about it.

I’ll go on the Low GI and keep you posted.

Thanks Again for keeping me on track and encouraging me not to blow it!

Hi Cora

Hope you are well, I’m well and doing it good in maintaining my weight.

May, June & July passed – winter etc – lots of clients take a break like this….

Email received by Cora on 10th August

Hi Cora

Hope all is well with you; I’ve changed mobiles so I’ve somehow lost your mobile number or else I would have text you.

I’m ready to get back on that wagon to get to my goal weight.

Email received by Cora on 25th August

Hi Cora

I started a week ago my start weight was 73.3kg this week 72kg so lost 1.2kg. I’m on the Health and Vitality as it’s my favourite and I can do it easily.

I’m still amazed how I’m never hungry can eat bread and pasta and still lose weight!

I’ll admit it’s still a bit too cold in the mornings here to eat fruit, but happy I’ve started now rather than waiting for the weather to warm up.

Winter break, change of eating plan to LGI, but now back with Health & Vitality – spring is here, fruit is king! We all know – its easy to lose weight, it is a challenge to KEEP IT OFF. So, we started with 72.4 kgs on the scale on 24th April, and now on 25th August it is 72Kgs!!! Great going for maintenance!

Our journey continues…. Episode 5 of the ‘Diaries of a Client’ next Wednesday –  losing it again!
