Weigh in today was 71.2kg so lost .8kg. Very happy with the results so far, just taking it .5kg at a time. Never hungry in between meals now which is great, plus I’m really enjoying the food.
I’ll admit at night I do miss my tea with honey… but as for other sweets I haven’t had any cravings. Looking forward to my weight starting with a 6!

I took some time today just to check our previous correspondence; and to my surprise I calculated you have now dropped 9.4 kilos since January. This is excellent!!
You must be seeing/feeling some change in your clothes now…? Plus, you’re getting closer to see the number 6 on the scales! I like that you’re aiming to drop .5kg at a time.
Has anyone commented on the reduction in your size yet?
Regarding you missing tea with honey at night… Did you give up the honey when you started in January? The only thing I can think of right now to say, is you will be able to have honey in your tea again. If you are thinking the honey contributed to your weight gain, then it may be wise not to use honey every night, but perhaps allow yourself the treat only once or twice during the week?
You have a positive mindset. The line I like the most in your update is this one; Never hungry in between meals now which is great, plus I’m really enjoying the food.
Keep doing what you’re doing and soon you’ll see the number 6

Thanks for the update, I haven’t thought about my loss since January, so I’m also surprised it feels so long ago.
No, I never had any sugars or honey last time so I will keep going without, I had a nice tea yesterday with some stevia which I actually enjoyed. I don’t know if I could go without honey forever and it’s a good idea not to have it every day once I get to my goal.
Yes, people have noticed and yes, I feel great, and I can’t wait till my weight starts with a 6 in the front, I will be doing a jig when I see it on the scales.

Weigh in this week is at 70.7kg, so .5 kilo lost. Very happy with this, starting at a 6 shouldn’t be too far away but at the same time feels far away.
I’ll have to work hard this week to try to get there, sooner!

Sooooo close! 70.1kg so lost 0.6kg, still very happy with my results.
The only thing I did different was drink more water was easier to do as we had warmer weather. Unfortunately, was too busy to fit the extra exercise, food was pretty much the same I even had a high carb diet on weekend with pasta and pizza (I made my pizza vegan which surprisingly was still delicious even without the cheese).
A bit of a challenged next week as I’m going to a birthday luncheon on Saturday and will be looking after my Dad that week, I must remember to look after myself as well. I really want to see my weight start with a 6!
Two weeks in this report and 1.1kgs gone. Consistent, meaningful gains – well done!
